Buying me a coffee will help in two ways:

1) Collage-Lab will continue to offer affordable online collage classes (I gave out over $2,400 in scholarships in 2021 alone!)

2) I started the Buy Me a Coffee memberships as I was getting ready for a solo exhibit at the Kucera Gallery in Corpus Christi, Texas. This honor came from being awarded Best in Show for the Art Center of Corpus Christi’s All Membership Show. A great honor, to be sure, but creating new work, materials, and framing is quite expensive, so your support is greatly appreciated!

The exhibit “Waxing Poetic: Collage & Encaustic”  is over now, but creating new artwork never stops. I try to keep the artwork at Moon Over Water Gallery fresh, and try to enter several local exhibits each year. I think my teaching and art-making go hand-in-hand, and don’t feel like I can teach collage, without also continuing to create, experiment, and learn new skills.
